Darien "24karat" Robinson born in Atlanta, GA but raised in Thomasville, GA due to harsh environments growing up. 24 was a rough and tough child, always had a knack for being in trouble. At 6, 24 was caught stealin out of a local store in Eastpoint, Ga. 24 would write and develop his craft at home is Boston,GA a small town outside of Thomasville, GA and 300 miles from his home town. 24 had a short sting with Deepsouth Records who didnt have the time for a upcoming artist for developement so they dropped 24 from the label. 24 quoted: That was a reel learned experience for me. I respect Demar for his decision business is business. A few months later Deep South folded in 2002. . 24 admitted, Shit growing up in the south is hard as hell you either was on drugs, in jail, or dead. 24 had a sting of jail time and nearly killed in a robbery attempt in 2005. He's cousin his musical inspiration who told him to never forget him, gave him the focus after watching him recieve life in prison.
