could someone please tell me what software i need to get for vocal cutting? i'm not even sure that's what it is called but, if you know what i'm talking about please let me know what software or device i need to get for that very cool vocal effect. thank you!

razorblade mouthwash v 2.3 seems pretty effective. pro tools has some great effects if ya got the $$$. download cool edit pro 2.0 or goldwave, maybe a version of sony acid pro. just depends what you wanna do.buy you a halloween voice changer @ party city for a few bucks. m-audio has a pretty cheap vox program at Best Buy it's around 80 bucks. i think it comes with cubase le

there's a cool free software called acoustica. it's an audio editor, very easy to use and has a lot of effects. you can download it at www.download.com you can find a lot of free software there for audio editing.
Actually I use Fruity loops For all of my Vocal chopping and Effects. FL Studio Has a wonderful Tool called FL Granulizer. It has Many things that you can do with vocals and FL studio also comes with Tons of effects And you can also buy several different Effect and Sound Cd's for it and other cd's that are compatible with FL Studio.
