1980's: Started rapping at 8 yrs old in the birthplace of hip hop, NYC. From Harlem 7th Ave. Opening for many artists including, Tribe, Jungle Bros, Stetsasonic, Public Enemy, X-Clan, GZA and RZA, Poor Righteous Teachers and other wellknown artistsunder the MC name of "The Griot" and "New Afrikan Rappers".
1991: Numerous performances throughout the Atlanta/ Deep South regions with group Grassroots.
1993/94: Toured with 2pac during "Thugs4Life" tour throughout the south and midwest, hitting over 30 shows. Opening act for 2Pac and ThugLife, named Grassroots. Initially a member of 2pac newly formed group "Hellrazas", ended up going to college and recieving a degree in Theatre.
2000's: Big Saad has performed throughout the Bay Area with a live band ZERO. Is booking shows and may be spotted at your local open mic, sharpening his skillz.
