BETA Records - Your music matters!

Born and raised in the streets of DC. My music is about me and life as I have experienced it so far. I put my emotions (pain, love, hate, frustration) into my songs because I want you to feel what I'm feeling. I don't follow what may be considered hot or whats playing on the radio. I want people to know me for me. I want you to hear my story as only I can tell it. I write all of my songs. Most of my music is made up of verses that I wrote seperately, but put together. I never sit down and write a whole song out. For me there is no set time or place for writing music. I write all the time, and you'll never see me without my pad and pen. In the next 1 to 3 years I want to have a strong buzz going in the DC area. I want people to know who I am, or have at least heard my name in the club or on the radio. I plan to have regular shows lined up, and of course, my album completed "DC: District of Corruption - Respect My City".
