  Born and raised in Detroit, MI Brandy Faye Hawkins began singing at the tender age of three years old. Daughter of Anthony Hawkins, front man for the famed 70's funk group Black Merda, music has been apart of her every waking moment. Brandy Faye began recording in 1999 after 15 years of strict vocal training. Following in her father's footsteps Ms. Hawkins's repertoire includes writing, producing, and artist development. Brandy Faye is currently promoting the Spring 2006 release of her debut EP "The Eclectic", performing locally, consulting, vocal coaching through her company 4SHO!
