Born Ricardo Gayle upcoming reggae sensation 'Chicago' also popularly known as 'Cago'is no stranger to the local music scene. In 2006 he placed third in the Jamica Cultural Development Commissions' annual Popular Song Contest with his entry "only if you know" with which he also won best video. He has re-entered the contest this year with a song entitled 'Been There' coming in 2nd place; the song is a very mello lovers rock which expresses his emotions of gratitude and abundant love for a significant other who has stayed by his side through difficulties and while facing severe adversity. there",produced by himself and Delon Reid.He has also worked with popular producers such as Marlon Young,Sly and Robbie,and has done combinations with well known artist Paul Elliot and his new single "lonely"with cousin Lil'Hero.His interest and love stemed since the age of 16 and the passion deepens more and more,and he cites Mr.vegas,and Spragga Benz as one of his biggest influences in the music industry admires vegas' singjay style.Cago aspires to be a successful singer, and is definetly ready to infilrate to not only Jamaica but to the rest of the world!
