David E Brown a.K.a Thedert a.K.a D-talks has been creating , writing , performing Music for over a decade. The Guitar ,his 1st instrument.inspired by his Uncle's Dan Silva of Humbolt Draw & Patrick Row , a Highly Respected Country/rock musician(both Guitar players) decided to "follow in their foot steps" and choose to play the guitar,or in his own words."I felt it wasnt so much a choice (I) was givin ,but more the choice of the guitar ,it breaths,feels ,it has a consious,you know".He began to study the art of music in his own unique way "never by the book!" He was commonly heard saying " Hendrix wasn't taught,Why should I!". Within the last 15 years tHEdERT has stuck by this Philosiphy,and in doing so ,Has been regarded as one of the most influential Musician/songwriter/producer in his community,especialy in the young n' hungry 425 Rap/Hiphop scene.He's noted for giving birth to such phrases"tha UP n' LEFT side" & "Livin sic north of the 206" "though others try to claim credit I maintain n' getit!"
