Band Members

Influenced by rock, thrash, viking metal and black metal, I set off to create Dagaz in 2004. Dagaz's music and lyrics embody my beliefs and viking history, like Launching The Ships is based on the first viking raid at Lindisfarne. Being a practitioner of Asatru, I have a rich background from which to draw inspiration. There are rock passages, brutal metal riffs and folk and classical inspired pieces. I hope you all enjoy the music. "From Ancient Wisdom" will be the first Dagaz EP which is due to come out sometime in 2009.
