In summer 1990 the young gun Lx had a chill out in the central district of Vienna. Just one of these places to see and to be seen. There he got talkin´to guys like Hatti Pfleger (Guitar)and Chris Hrachowitz (Bass) noticing that they had guitars strapped on their backs. Like Lx, Chris and Hatti were searching for ideas and bands to play with. Plenty of braindestructing liquids did give them the startshot to play some shows together. In their first gig the original line up was called Down Under. Usually the Line up did change through the years till the ultimate “Rock Dinosaur” Austrians Rockscene did get notice of Lx. He visited them as they were performing a show in lower Austria and asked Lx to join him with Blind Petition.
Suddenly Lx was known in the scene and discussed in the press.
Blind Petition did start to write new songs, played more than 60 shows with Lx and recorded the excellent Live Album “Forever (A)live” with titles like “The last Act or Rich, Young, Hot”.
After a creative break in the year 2002 they met again and decided to record a Studio Album,which was released in September 2004 including 11 great Rock tracks and the Video to “Academy”. Academy was running for weeks at several TV stations in Austria and Hungary. Plenty shows during their Tour through Europe were and will be done. To be continued…
