Dead Bang Go was formed in June 2006. Band members Seth and Marilyn Benefield are siblings that have been playing and singing together for about 15 years. They are both self taught in many instruments. Currently Seth plays bass guitar and sings lead vocals while Marilyn plays lead guitar and sings back up. Terrence Cain has played many instruments from about the age of 8 to now. Currently he plays the drums for DBG. In June of 2007 DBG recorded an album in California that was not released due to unforseen circumstances. Now in 2008 DBG is recording new tracks and hopes to have thier second album released in summer 2009. In 2006 and 2007 DBG was a part of "Emergenza". They were so well likes that they were invited back to play on 6th St in Austin, TX anytime they wanted. DBG has played several venues in Odessa as well as Austin, TX. Currently DBG is September Artist of the Month on www.incupro.com. In late September they will be in the studio again with hopes of releasing the new album in summer 2009.
