Diced&Drilled was started by Jalel R Hatcher in 1999. Jalel wanted to startle and/or shock the world by his performance/producing/rapping all at a young age. before attempting this he needed studio equipment so he started buy studio equipment and learning how to work with it and how to make beats. after all of this was accomplished he knew he had another thing to do and that was sign artists to the record label that was serious about working. when all the good artists were signed to the label shortly after that, Jalel needed to let these artists get herd (including himself) so he started performing around his city which was Cleveland,Ohio and building his "REP" up.....................JUST LET THE MUSIC DO THE TALKING>>>>>>>>>>>
