Dj Signz founded The Signz Project, a group of dj's, re-mixers, guitarists, samplists, classical muscians, in fact all muscians, they incoperate all styles in their music, they have no bounderies, no constraints, NO RULES.

Dj signz (He hates the dj bit, 'im an artist' 'but what other prefix is there for spinning tunes and getting people dancing with a dance groove?'

When Hip Hop came to the u.k. Signz took the message 'to stop violence in the ghetto's' that was Hip Hop, dancing on lino and getting into adult parties..................

Signz grew up in a street gang, lived the streets, breathed the streets, and eventually succumbed to the negative side of the streets.

Signz dabbled with music throughout his life, it saved Him from the street violence and gave Him a new path.

"I founded the project late in life, Iv'e been in bands, been on stage, played as a session muscian in studios, Iv'e been around, but there was something missing, I kinda left music for years, a decade in fact, then over a period of a few months I kept reading stories of british youth bieng stabbed and killed, of guns on british streets, the world situation.........

Enough was enough, Signz decided to break the silence and do something, "you have one life, depending on your beliefs, I had to do something, I may not change anything, but at least I tried, I wanna raise awareness of this plight, share my experiences and maybe just maybe stop someone going down the street route of violence, I can only hope......

The world situation, shocking. The media will slate me, of that thier is no doubt, but I don't care, If I can change one life, It'll be worth it.

Signz is conversant with many instruments, starting life as a blues player," I decided to encompass technology, mix all this music up and see what comes out!"

The project move forward with confidence learning their art as they go along involved in many projects, "we are remixing tracks for major labels on our dance music side, putting our music to films , were getting there, our dreams are coming into reality, and all in a few short months, our live album is soon to be released by us a mixture of rock ,folk ,electronica and passion, all is positive, our message is getting out there."
