G.A.S. was originally formed by David Gordon(KingDavid) in 2003, after recieving a revelation from God about the Music Ministry. And after doing music 15 years his way, he decided to "let go and let God", and doors have been opening ever since. Late 2003, early 2004, David started HundredFold Production, and now manages and produces G.A.S., artist Natalie, Barnabus, Tyrone, and others TBA.
David Gordon started out with a group called sporsters4, which co-wrote and produced all songs, then joined with a band named KnightsByNight which he became the leader of. In early 90's he started producing HipHop music worked with some local talent, help Shawn Keith in making it to the Appollo.
In 2004 won the Grand prize for producing a beat for Barcardi Live!!
The G.A.S. CD was released Dec 2004 and the Compilation CD is set to release July 2005. The promotional tour will start in January 2005 at Holy HipHop in Atlanta and then on to various venues throughout the country, also have opened for groups Like MercyMe, Jeremy Camp, Sarah Kelly, and other national Acts. The music is described as having a Mid-Dirty type sound with Christian based lyrics, uplifting choruses, and banging beats. Performances are descibed as Powerful and Moving!!! Sets can last anywhere from 5-30 minutes and are usually performed to CD instrumentals.
