Hunter Johnson started as a composer on the Pacific Northwest Band circuit. As a composer and songwriter. His music styles ranges from rock, country to pop and contemporary.

His contemporary works available on iTunes is ANTARCTICA SUITE – Ice Melting an orchestral suite of music relating to the wildlife and nature of Antarctica. He also has just finished an album CROSSING THE LINE a group of rock and electronic works inspired by the southern ocean and crossing into the Antarctic Covergence.

In the past he has opened for and performed with John Sebastian of The Lovin Spoonful, Richard Berry the man who wrote Louie Louie, The Clams and Sweet Destiny. He also worked with F.M. Records / Warner Bros, Kevin Murphy of Rufus and Chaka Kahn, J.D. Manus, Steve Duncan, Jack Daniels, Skip Edwards / The Palomino Riders and has done numerous shows with Cliffie Stone and his country band. Hunter Johnson has composed with Richard Sparks and produced music for Cherry Lane, Dream Works and Sanrio Music.

Hunter Johnson currently lives in Venice California near Los Angeles.
