I was born in West Virginia, reared on all great roots music except jazz, which I discovered at about eighteen years old. Started playing guitar and writing songs at thirteen years old.
Now residing in Pittsburgh, PA, I have become known as a singer-songwriter's singer-songwriter. I've been featured on several Pennsylvania radio programs, played on indie stations around the US, won two recent Acoustic Challenges, garnered critical and popular praise for my new solo CD, PUMPKIN, and recently been named by WYEP 91.3 radio as one of Pittsburgh's performers of the year.
