Jason Flowers, 21, has been singing since he can remember. Born into a large family with great musical gifts and talents, music has always been an integral part of his life. He began singing to church congregations as a child with his two sisters and brother. But after his sisters became of age, they're interest in the group ultimately dissipated, leaving him to express his gift in the church choir. So for years, Jason would take part of many choirs developing his craft, from childhood even until now, where he ministers every Sunday at the Greater Emmanuel Institutional Church of God in Christ, pastored by J. Drew Sheard in Detroit, Michigan. His extreme passion for music led him to start songwriting too. His goal, when he writes is to share with others his struggles, challenges and ultimately the triumphs he has experienced with having God in his life. Influenced by many types of music, from classical to gospel, his music inevitably reflects his own personal style.
