Katharsis is a six piece band from Rancho Cucamonga. We have had a few band member changes but the current line up is:
Mark Bovino-Guitar/Keys
Greg Steward-Guitar/Vocals
Dan Steward-Bass/Vocals
Mike Gonzalez-Guitar
Bryan Cadell-Drums/Percussion
James Nixon(filling in)- Screams

We have been around since August 2004, the current line formed in August 2006. Original members are Mark and Greg, We started more harcore then started evolving into a melodic metal/pop. Our genre influences are of a huge variety from each individual, going from: Jazz, Hardcore, Metal, Punk, Screamo, Acoustic, Classical, to thrash Metal. and everything in between. We play all original music written by All members. We have no idea what bands we sound like, it is such a big mix you can decide.
