This up and coming starlet is not a "fly by night" performer. Her ambitions were first fueled at an usually early age. By 3 years old, her mother catapolted her into Houston's historical landmark Ensemble Theater, knowing the performance cut-off age was 4. They could not deny her insatiable hunger for the stage. During the same summer, she was enrolled into Miss Patty Owens' Dance Studio where she started her dance training.
After singing her first solo in church at age 6 , the primary focus of every stage of her academic education was based on vocal performance. Kelly-Marie began to write poetry and music at age 8 and was pubished for the first time 2 years later. Then, she began writing lyrics, background vocals and vocal arrangements for various recording artists. These natural talents flourished in the studio by doing all of her own writing and arrangements on her first of many independent projects.
