Joel has been playing guitar since before he could talk. In fact, his first memory is of playing Johnny Be Good at his Nana's 50th birthday party. Now that Joel's been remembering things for a long time, it also means he's been playing the guitar for awhile too.

Justin got into slapping a bass because his dad. He owned a Music Man and obviously, he took off like the Sputnix satellite. Weehee...He's pretty good.

Mitchell came to town and saved the alternative music day. Bringing his talents from California to the state known as Wisconsin, aka a lotta cows, he brought forth a revolution in his home town. Although Mitchell was the driving force (haha, the drummer usually is), he couldn't have done it without the sweet riffs from Joel and the intense bass from Justin.

Less Than Four has been together since 2003. Mitchell was originally the lead singer, but the drummer quit and Mitchell took the sticks, leaving Justin and Joel to take care of the lead singing. And they do a pretty stinking good job. When one isn't lead singing, they're harmonizing. Oh yeah, Mitchell is pretty much always makin a noise with his voice.
