A relatively new band from notheastern MD (near DE/PA/NJ lines). Three members of The Lackeys joined with Todd Kennedy in late 2006 to form Lights Over Reno. The lineup is as follows Todd Kennedy- guitar/vox; Ben Michel- bass; Lee Tillinghast- guitar; Brandon Clower- drums. Live performances began in June 2007 in the Newark, DE area. The band's first demo was recorded in July 2007 at Clay Creek Recording Studio (also in Newark).
