Just enjoy playing, singing, and writing. I am
a husband, father, and small business owner. With that being said, I don't get to make music
as often as I would like. Being a husband and dad is more important to me than anything. Since I have to provide for the family, the work is right up there with the first two. Anyway, I've been playing guitar and bass since I was 15. I wrote my first song at the age of 21. I've been singing all my life.
I like a wide range of music genres. My favorite music is almost anything raw and real.
Just because a song is perfect in a technical sense doesn't mean it's any good. Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Townes Van Zandt, Gillian Welch, Skynyrd, Cracker, and Old Crow Medicine Show are a few of my favorites.
