Mandi is a solo female singer/songwriter. She is also self taught on guitar, keyboards and drums. In the tradition of Tegan and Sara and a dash of Feist, Mandi's music is a mixture of indie alternative, pop-rock. She played at the Revival Lounge - Toronto Exclusive Magazine's "Girls Night Out 6 ~ Music and Fashion showcase" (2007). Mandi played at St.Lawrence College (Kingston, ON - Fundraising - United way,) where she graduated from the Digital Arts for Musicians program. This 2 year Diploma program has a double focus in music and digital media. She won Track of the day, Best female vocals and Most original for her song Falling star at www.garageband.com/mandikennel. Mandi is currently working on her debut album "Canadian Girl" in the recording studios at Seneca college where she is enrolled in the one year certificate program, Independent Music Production in Toronto, ON.
