Michael Massiah Earl aka MI Dolla was born Aug.16,1983 in Harlem,New York. While being conceived his mother took her last breathe. Leaving his father to raise him alone. At the age of seven MI Dolla was placed in a foster home. He spent most of his time rapping and playing basketball. When he turned twelve his aunt took custody and raised him in Yonkers,New York. At the age of Twelve MI Dolla turned to the streets and began to hustle. He was making fast money and his life was in order. At fourteen he got locked up and was charged with a sale indictment. He had to serve time in D.F.Y an all male juvenile detention center located upstate New York. Unfortunately when MI Dolla was released he began to do the same thing when he got locked up the first time. However, this time around he was attending New Rochelle High School. In his junior year of high school M.Dolla began to take rapping more serious. He started opening shows and performing in local talent shows. When he completed his four years of high school, MI Dolla realized the streets just were not for him and he enrolled in a community college. Realizing college was not for him; he dropped out and turned to the streets yet again. Money was a big deal for MI Dolla, studio time meant dishing out money he did not have. The only way he knew how to get fast money was hustling. Knowing that getting money this method was not the best way. He threw in the towel and appeared on his first mix tape. As of right know MI Dolla is currently recording at 731 productions located in New Rochelle New York.. His everyday saying is " God first and Another day another DOLLA"..
