Past Habit is a Christian/alternative band who's main motivation is to inform others through music that Christianity is not a religion, but a relationship with Christ, one that we must work at everyday. Through our music we touch on real issues that anyone at anytime could be dealing with, and create songs that challenge one's way of thinking. All of our songs stem from the bands consensus and general beliefs that Jesus Christ is Lord and the King of Kings. We believe that Christ died on the cross to free us from sins, and that He will come again. We also believe that those who personally accept Him will have eternal life. You might be asking,"why does this matter to me as a listener?" Well, without Christ we would have no motivation to play, and our music would just be noise without direction, which would not be fair to you as our listeners. - Michael Burnett
