Self taught guitar player and singer/songwriter. Started playing originally with Harbhajjan Mann in the eighties. We performed hundreds of shows as a folk punjabi band. Started a group called Dal- Dil- Vog in the nineties with my brothers which gained international acclaim as a bhangara/rock band. Performed in a ton of gigs with artists like Jan Arden, Colin James ,5440 etc. As DDV we had 4 videos on muchmusic and one on MTV Asia. Started playing local coffee shop gigs as a duet in May of 2006 with Chris Dufault accompanying me on guitar and bg's, and now as a three piece with former D.D.V. percussionist Craig Burdes on dumbek, and have not looked back since. Recently signed a publishing deal and have recorded my first solo album to be released in August 2007. Album was produced by Wyckham Porteous and recorded at Greenhouse Studios in Vancouver. After 22 years, it looks like a dream has come true.
