Rock of the Ages is an independent, original, four-piece Christian Rock act of intense power and devotion. This group uses its driving rhythms, slamming drums, grooving bass lines, and in-your-face vocals with a message of hope to create, and shape, their unique style of music. The band members describe their music as "rock reborn". While they have various influences, unlike many of the watered-down hard rock acts of today, you can really hear this band's originality on every track.

The members that comprise the band are all local rock veterans from the Dallas/Fort Worth area. They've been working diligently since early 2003 to bring their special brand of music to the masses. In their first year together, they released their initial studio recordings as a solo project: "Johnny Rhoads - Rock of the Ages". The title track became the band name shortly thereafter, as the members felt called to continue their group effort and reach out to lead the lost to Christ. Many fans have told them that this CD has been a blessing to them.

With a hard metal edge, and a message of hope, they strive to do the best for their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. "Rock of the Ages" is a far cry from the norm these days, but they desire to change the world - one soul at a time.
