Well after reaching the age of 60 in the Summer of 2003, I began to fulfill a lifelong dream of songwriting. Now retired I devote most of my free time to writing country, gospel, bluegrass, rockabilly and other genres. I even had an offer to record one of my songs hip-hop. That is kinda neat for an old timer like me. Willing to collabarate with others. I do not write melodies, but can apply guitar chords to my writings.Co-writer James C. Allen performs "The Awesome Man In Black", my tribute to the late Johnny Cash. I have been a fan of his since the mid-50s.

The group photo is my mother's 91st birthday with her five children. Youngest one (me)62 years old . Mom and all the kids are on Social Security. Hope we don't break the bank :-)
