Wilson "Sane" Ellis was born on the 20th of june 1983, in Lagos into the family of a civil engineer, with 2 sisters Efe and Ellisia and no brother, and now he is an Uncle to little O'. Also a fovourite to most of his cousins.

As a son of a top civil engineer, he kept his shoulders high, his mother an Accountant of NEPA Festac District, cherished him like a god.

He attended Hopebay College in Lagos, and gained his first admission in Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, (Former Edo State University) studying International Relations. Where he was told to withdraw by his father for personal reasons. Sane then finished a computer course at the Lagos State computer college, where he got his certificate in Web design, Spreadsheet, D-base and Internet marketing.

Being the only son, he was not deprived of many things as he was allowed to do most of the things he loved including his music. Sane started rapping @ 15 doing funny raps in the class room back in secondary school dayz. He wrote his first song at the age of 17.

Sane has worked with artists like Marvelous Benjy, Pere-z, Queen Cha cha, Bone- soul, Et cetera, Flavaw, Btl and a lot more.

At 22 he joined a music group and I.C.E was formed (gotten from the first letters of their traditional names: Ighodalo, Chukwudi, Ebisindo). They did tracks like: Faded Luv, Don't go, Wowo (Hit track), Meghodalo, Ice, I throwey salute, Funmilaye, Hapumaka etc. The album is yet to be released.
