"Saratoga Park" is the singer/songwriting team of Paul & Ginger Howard, once known as "the Scrapyard", with their first CD, back in 1989! At one time it was just a quirky recording project among friends, then it evolved into a live performing group for many years, and is now a much more sophisticated recording project.

"Saratoga Park"'s musical style is hard to describe and put into a single category. Switching back and forth between male and female lead, it lends itself to a Fleetwood Mac feel. Each song takes on a new style, exuding varying musical influences:progressive rock, pop, alternative, folk, and country-ish. Lyrically songs range from tongue-in-cheek to moody & thoughtful.

"Saratoga Park" has been compared to Barenaked Ladies, in its humor and sound; Yes, in some of its complex compositions or musical harmonies; the Pretenders, for its sound and female vocalist, and even some Dave Matthews. The great thing is that with each track, it is like listening to the radio, and something new and refreshing has come on. You'll never be bored, just constantly entertained.
