Side Project... it started in 1993 as exactly that. A couple of guys playing in bands with little spare time for jamming, much less gigging, so they began playing as a twosome as ventilation for their overflowing well of creativity. Acoustic shows in coffee houses and local bars over a period of seven years have awarded Canon City's Justin Foster and Lucas Chatfield a modest-sized but nonetheless devout following. Guys and girls, young and old... All walks of Colorado's Fremont County come to see Side Project. They know the words, they ask for the songs by name. It's almost like a real band. Hell, maybe it is.
