Smokealota released a nationwide underground album in 98 called "NOLA Soldier" on Mobbstatis Ent(you can listen to nola soldier 0n cdnow.com. This cd sold close to six digits just by word of mouth. He also appeared on underground compulations with famous artists like 2pac, Dr.dre, Master P,Lil flip, and many more.Plus a victum of hurricane katrina tells his story Smokealot is currently running his own record label SK.S Records in new orleans, la.
