We have been performing for about 7 years together. Our rhythm/lead guitarist Roger Anderson used to be a drummer in our band Kronik. We were mainly hard rock orientated. Kronik's bass player and lead singer, Rodney Anderson, is the rhythm guitarist, keyboardist, and lead singer of Sylk Smile. We have progressed through many sounds finally collaborating on the sound we now have. It is a very unique sound, blending 60s pop genre with melodic contemporary rock. A majority of our songs are original with a heavy Brian Wilson influence.
