Syreeta Ziegler's artistic ability is multi-dimensional--merging the areas of singing, writing, and performance. At the tender age of five, Syreeta did one of her first solos at her kindergarten graduation . As a classroom prodigy , her love for writing, painting, and of course, music grew tremendously. As a young adult, Syreeta quickly rose from church choir member to frequently requested soloist. Her sound, influenced by such artists as Whitney Houston, Lauren Hill, Mary J. Blige and Alicia Keys, blossomed into a rare mix of strong, thunderous vocals with a hint of raw soul. Undeniably, Syreeta's voice has a unique quality that distinguishes her from others. Her performances begin leaving audiences aw struck on how such a powerful yet soft sound could come out of such a tiny person. Syreeta was crowned Ms. Shoals in 1998 where she was talent winner, and later in 2002 and 2003, she was an Alabama Idol semifinalist (preliminary for American Idol). This Muscle Shoals, Alabama native is now reppin the "A", Atlanta that is where she has worked under the production of Tony Bailey of House of Water productions, Kasonovo of Trakkillers production team, and currently Mark Patton of Run It Records. Syreeta, along with Ayana Preut, is now a tag team member of the new R&B duo Crave. They are set to release an album this fall.
