A St. Louis native, I was brought up on Christian/Gospel music. When I was 12 I developed a feel for Country/Southern Rock and knew that was the way I was meant to go. At 18 I got my first guitar and 3 months later I was writing songs using only the few chords I knew. After living in Nashville for a year and going back for Songwriter's Festivals and meeting people I was told to find a band. So I called Dave Henson, an absolute monster on the guitar and a good friend whom I played with in another band along with Dale Pyles, an awesome talent on bass, a man very dedicated to the band and the music, and also a wonderful friend, Harry Travis, who had been performing with me in duo gigs for over a year prior and is an amazing vocalist and a phenomenal song writer, and Bob Hanerhoff, hands down the best drummer this town has ever seen and together we became The Adam Thomas Band. With our 3 part harmonies and excellent musicianship we bring a sound to the stage that is rarely seen in this day and age.
