The Tables were formed in 2002 by two best friends, Jacobb T. Sackett-Vocals, Drums, Synthesizer, and Randall Post-Vocals, Guitar, Harmonica and Ashley Nitchals-Bass out of the ashes of an older band. After recording a bunch of home demos, The Tables took their indie rock craft to local venues, and were met with an excited and happy response by the people they played for. The Tables sound is reminiscent of Pixies, early Radiohead, U2, Interpol, etc. They are currently getting ready to record a full-length album, and have enough songs to play for 5 hours straight if they had to!
