BETA Records - Your music matters!

The band moved from Seattle Wa, because of a dying music scene in 2003 after being together for two years. After arriving in New England the band was signed to A-Records and Cut their first tracks of their album Reincarnate at Long View Farm Studio's with Producer Scott Spelbring (Jason Maraz, Plunge, Cinder Road) After the label lost its funding, Torn scrambled to find a distributor for the album. In 2005 PCT Music picked up the album and sold it Nationally in every Target Store in the US selling an astonishing 40,000+ copies, not bad for an unsigned band. Though out the rest of 2005 Torn filmed a music video in support of the album that was featured on MSN.com that year, and continued to tour New England in support of the album. In 2006 Torn decided to take a much deserved break to work on new material and plan for their next studio effort. Now in 2007 Torn is back with fresh tracks re-energized and ready to kick ass.
