You go to see a show, correct? Well, that’s what you’ll get with Triple Toke. The band puts on an excellent, energetic, get-up and go concert. Each member gets into the music that they enjoy playing. Being in a band is not a job to them, it’s a part of their life that they love. Their music is best described as life, heavy rock style. Every song can be related to someone in every crowd, at some point of time in their life. Triple Toke’s music is heavy, but not too heavy. To simply state it, the band ROCKS! They are influenced by the following bands, Metallica, Godsmack, Seven Mary Three, Three Doors Down, Ozzy, Quiet Riot, and other similar bands. When the band started, they played just cover songs, and are still capable of playing covers. They enjoy focusing on their originals now. Cover songs that are played at shows include but limited to bands such as Judas Priest, Kiss, Black Sabbath, Live, Three Doors Down, Collective Soul, and Seven Mary Three. Triple Toke has over 20 original songs they wrote and composed themselves. Triple Toke hooked up coincidence in February, 2002. Two members from one band were introduced to a guitarist and singer who had been with several other bands before. They decided to hook up one afternoon and see what each could do. They tripled up immediately. They realized quickly that they all had to same dreams and goals. The threesome is together for the music. They want to share and spread their music around. Triple Toke is ready for the big scene. The band enjoys sharing their talents with others. To them there is no limit to the music world.
