He uses influences of Paul Simon, Counting Crows, and Ben Folds (Five) to compose songs of love, experience, and self-realization. Through his lyrics, Zachary inspires the listener to look deeper within oneself, in hopes of creating the indispensable need of taking responsibility for ones own actions. With music that forces your heart to beat in rhythm with the feelings that the lyrics provoke, Zachary Courie is sure to bring more than expected to the table, and change music as we know it.
